Unfortunately Hair Loss and Menopause Do Go Together for Many Women

More than fifty percent of women struggle with hair loss while they are struggling with the other symptoms to menopause.

  • Shampoo with a different shampoo each month. Speak with hair stylists and your doctor for shampoos they recommend.
  • Hair sprays can also contribute to hair loss. Use either mousse or soft gel as this can give you the styling power you want without harming your hair.
