Women and heart disease is too common in the western world. Three out of four women have high blood pressure. If you are a pregnant women and heart disease is a concern you should know that many women with high blood pressure have healthy babies without serious problems. However, pregnant women and heart disease or high blood pressure, should be concerned as those with pre-existing high blood pressure are more likely to have complications while pregnant.
