However blood pressure range of 100/70 - 125/85 is generally considered to be a normal, although as mentioned before there a number of factors which determine normal blood pressure.

Much below this normal blood pressure range may mean that hypo tension exists.

Higher than 125/85 is typically considered to be pre hypertension.

In all cases, especially if your blood pressure is in the higher part of the range, or you have pre hypertension, you should:

Be seeing your doctor on a regular schedule

Having your blood pressure tested, by your doctor and more often if possible

Treating your blood pressure via diet, exercise, salt intake, weight, etc.
