Well at last you have decided to stop drinking. There is no chance at all that you can stop drinking, Yes! You have no chance to stop drinking, but do know it best, that you have a better chance to do it. Yes! You can make it. You can make something better against all the incredible frustrations and insults that alcohol had made you to face. Sell all those bottles and go straight to the One Dollar Shop and get a pair of Coffee mugs. They look pretty desirable than those alcohol tins.

Take a break, away from home on a vacation for a day or two. Recollect the moment you were fired by your boss for not completing an important project; he blocked your salary hike because of that, you were drunk and mesmerized in a different world when you had to complete that project. You lost your promotion, a salary hike a loss this year!

You may be sacked for nonperformance by your employer. You may develop a low self-esteem. The credit bureau may be behind you. You may loose all your valid social proof to get a personal loan, car loan, home loan. Can you imagine living without money or without a source of income, hungry stomach! Gosh! You better don’t be tempted.

Stop drinking decision is a big boost to your health. You loose lot of calories. You get a healthy liver. Liver transplantation! Well you escape it. Kidney transplantation! Yes you stay miles away from it. Diabetes! Obviously yes, but a little diet too. Go on a regular exercise program. Who told you exercises should be only in the morning. Contact your doctor! Recent researches prove exercising at leisure is more beneficial than religious and half-hearted exercise. Compensate your drinking hours with exercises. A healthy and a sensible life style change.

Discuss with your friends on how to stop drinking. You can ask your wife to remind you if she sees that you are likely to relapse. Tell her to give you a warning. She will not deny it. You know she will happily do it for you.

Why don’t you get some guidance from your primary care provider. He is likely to guide you in the right track towards soberity. He can help you throw off your temptation. He may suggest you some medication that really helps.

Well, better go out on a dating as a means to avoid social events that encourage alcohol. Dating is better than boozing you see. Well it may be a little hard in the beginning. Day 1.jittery, Day 2Shivering to relapse. Day 3.better go to an eatery when you feel you want to drink more. See you have spent 1, 2, 3 days without drinking. Well! Get setgo you have started to stop drinking. Run, run, run away from this ugly addiction. Happy soberity!
