For Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Is A Very Good Treatment

For breast cancer chemotherapy has shown to be of merit to doctors and cancer patients in t that it helps the body to rid itself of cancerous cells.

The term chemotherapy is known to most people, however few realize exactly what chemotherapy is or does.

With breast cancer chemotherapy usually used as a treatment after surgery.

Where as surgery or radiation therapy is done targeting the tumor, chemotherapy is a ’systematic’ therapy.

That is, chemotherapy treats the entire body. Chemotherapy travels through the bloodstream and kills any cancerous cells that that remain in your body after the surgery or radiation.

Now this is great, but the chemotherapy also kills some of your healthy cells and your white blood cells, the bodies “killers” of infections.
